How can I be added to the Reach Magazine mailing list?
How can I be added to the Reach Magazine mailing list?
Reach Magazine uses a national mailing list vendor to mail our magazine to consumers' homes. To be able to do what we do, we have to mail almost every home in a carrier route, and we select the carrier routes that are most likely to be requested by our advertisers. While we are always looking for ways to expand our circulation, it's simply not possible to mail our magazine to every carrier route, and because we have to mail to all homes in a carrier route, we are unable to add individual addresses. That's one of the many reasons we've made eReach.com available to you.

How can I be removed from the Reach Magazine mailing list?
How can I be removed from the Reach Magazine mailing list?
Well, we wish this was never the case, but if you no longer want Reach Magazine mailed to your home, you can go to Contact Us, Feedback or simply click here: please remove my address. You'll be asked to give us the address you would like removed from Reach Magazine’s mailing list, and we will add that address to our "Do Not Mail" list. Please be patient – because of the various processes that we use, it may take up to three months for the magazine to stop coming to your home.

Can you help me find a specific advertiser that I'm looking for?
Can you help me find a specific advertiser that I'm looking for?
We offer a search function on our Show Local Savings page where you can enter one or more words to find what you're looking for. Sometimes, an advertiser will be available on our site one day but not on the next. This happens because their ads "expire" and if they haven't given us a new advertisement to post, then they will no longer appear on our site. However, you're always welcome to
contact us and request information on a specific advertiser.

Why do I need to register and give you my name and address?
We ask for your address so we can show you only the ads from your part of town. We also want to know if you are currently receiving the print version of Reach Magazine. We're always looking to expand our circulation and we may want to begin sending our magazine to your home address if you don't already receive it.

I live in one area of town, but work in a different area. How do I see ads from the area where I work?
It's easy to see ads from another part of town or even another city. Our site will always remember your home zip code, but you can choose to see ads from another zip code or another city just by clicking on Change Location on the
Show Local Savings page. You can see ads, values and savings around where you work, around your parents' home areas, around your summer vacation destinations, your business travel destinations or just a part of country you want to check out.

Why do you send me e-mails?
We understand how hectic your life can be, and we also understand how many companies want to "help" you during your day with a quick little e-mail message. Even though you like coming to eReach.com, sometimes we will send you a little reminder about checking us out. For our subscribers who have given us permission to e-mail them, we will send an occasional reminder - only about once or twice a month at the most - about new advertisements, ideas, values and savings that have been posted on our site for you to check out.

Can I print just the coupon?
Can I print just the coupon?
eReach.com isn't a "coupon" Web site. We like to focus on our client's advertisements (some of which contain coupons), ideas, values and savings for your everyday living. Because of that, we don't feature "coupons" (except for the Grocery Coupons from Smart Source). When you open an advertisement, you'll see the whole ad, and if the ad contains a coupon you'd like to have, simply print the whole ad.

I took an ad from your site into a store and they wouldn't honor the offer. Why not?
I took an ad from your site into a store and they wouldn't honor the offer. Why not?
When our advertisers purchase ads in
Reach Magazine, the ads are full color, shiny papered or printed magazine ads. Our advertisers see a lot of coupons that come into their stores from their
Reach Magazine ads. However, when you've printed them at home, the ads almost always "look different" to the employee at the stores. Occasionally, well-intending customer service representatives from one of our advertisers see a coupon that looks different than what they're used to, and they question whether or not they are allowed to honor the coupons since they "look different." If you have a problem with redeeming a coupon that you've printed out from eReach.com, ask to speak with the manager of the store to resolve the problem. If you still have problems,
send us an e-mail and we'll see if there is a way that we can help.

You also can contact the Better Business Bureau in your area and report the problem. The
BBB specializes in making sure companies that sell to consumers are conducting their businesses in a fair and equitable manner.
